Deadline to request membership fee waiver for early bird member registration fee ending the 15th.

  • Deadline to submit for oral presentation consideration.
  • Early Bird registration fee ends.
  • Abstracts submitted April 16 - May 31 are accepted for poster* presentation only.

Week of 13 May
Notification of oral presentation selections. Selected presenters are first confirmed by email & then names/titles are added to the conference program after they accept.

May 24
Deadline to accept an offered talk slot, or the slot will be offered to an alternative speaker

May 31 
  • Deadline to submit an abstract for a poster*
  • Deadline for all presenters (oral or poster) to register and pay in full or their abstract will be pulled. 
  • Only abstracts of presenting authors who have registered and paid the registration fee by this date will be included in the program.
  • ​Final Deadline to be included in the program for: Posters, plenary/keynote speakers, or any other sessions.

Abstract Selection Timeline

Selection Process
  1. 15 January abstract submission opens
  2. 15 April deadline for abstract submission for ORAL consideration
  3. 17 April Abstracts to chairs.
  4. 30 April: Latest date for selections due to organizers from chairs (please include 3-4 alternative back-up speakers). NAASC reviews/approves by May 12.
  5. Week of May 13: Email notification to selected speakers by session chairs.
  6. 24 May: Selected speakers must confirm they accept their offered slot (or slot will be offered to alternative speaker)
  7. 31 May: Deadline to submit an abstract for poster presentation*. All speakers must be registered and fully paid or your abstract will be pulled and your speaking slot forfeited.
