We will not sell t-shirts onsite, they must be pre-ordered by 15 June. Sizes may only be changed- in writing to [email protected] through 15 June

The Fine Print:
  • CAREFULLY LOOK AT THE IMAGE FOR SIZING INFORMATION. We will not have extras to trade onsite.
  • Measurements shown are in inches, and USA sizing.
  • Pre-sales only; we will not sell or exchange shirt sizes onsite.
  • You can pick up your shirt(s) at the registration table when you check-in for ICAR 2024
  • Shirts not claimed by the end of ICAR become the property of ICAR; we will not ship unclaimed shirts and there are no refunds after 15 June
  • Unclaimed shirts are the property of ICAR 2024
  • No selling on-site

  • Refund Policy 
    • No refunds after 15 June.
      Refunded amount will not included fees and taxes paid. 
    • We will deduct 2.9% for reverse credit card charges.

  • Size Change Policy
    • You can request a size change by 15 June- in writing- to [email protected]
    • We will not accommodate size exchanges on site. Pre-order by 15 June only.
